The timeless movie, Napoleon Dynamite is a classic. It's been around for a long time. The movie is about Napoleon Dynamite who is a small-time dynamiter who is trying to make a name for himself. He and his brother both like to play the dynamite, but they are not the best at it. So, they decided to make a movie about it. Preston, Idaho is famous for being the place where the movie was filmed. Some may argue that this movie is a bit of a joke, but it's a great way to show the world that dynamite is a thing.

July 8-12 we will hold a movie marathon where we will watch the movie for 120 hours straight. The marathon will be held at the city park pavilion. Join us for a fun night of dynamite and movie-watching. We advise that you bring your own dynamite and snacks. We will also have a movie marathon sign up sheet. If you sign up, you are committed to attending the marathon. In addition to the marathon, we will celebrate by using dynamite to light up the night. The celebration typically culminates in a fireworks display. Keep your eyes open for the actor who plays Napoleon Dynamite. He loves to play the dynamite. The next day we will be back in town and we will be back to work.
